2021.09.19 13:58 AquaHybrid A question about tanks, brd and mch
Hey guys. The question is which tank is the most durable speaking about sheer survivability i know any tank clear any content but which one do you think can make you feel immortal when you tank wall to wall? And my second question is i know that Machinist is the top physical ranged dps (pure dmg numbers) but how much of a difference there is between brd and mch in those numbers? I'm more of a solo player myself and i have dancer @80 with 510 gear but it takes what feel like ages to kill just a regular mob. I would appriciate any info on these 2 topics. Thank you for your time in advance

2021.09.19 13:58 horsey-the-blue Is there any benefit getting your mandatory 3rd party car insurance from a company that's not the cheapest?
So every year, when it is time to renew your car rego, your renweal slip includes like 4 options of companies to buy 3rd party insurance. They're all about the same in price, but not like exactly the same. Other than the price, there's really no other information about the policies themselves.
Does anyone not pick whatever is the cheapest option? If so, why? What benefits do you get out of paying a bit more?

2021.09.19 13:58 Reddy_Cuddles My first time felt weird?
So my boyfriend put it in to me for the first time but I don't know how to feel about it. He was very gentle and stretched me out slowly until 3 fingers where in me so it did not hurt. He also carefully inserted it and gave me time to get used to it. While he was pounding me I didn't feel pain or anything just a lot of pressure and something else? I don't know what though.. I was kinda confused and it felt like I had to pee so yeaa.. so how do you guys feel when it is in you or you do it?

2021.09.19 13:58 inTinker A Slicer Setting Engine for Automatic Calibrations and Problem Solving for 3D Printing
| Hello 3d printing community,|
We noticed that 3d printing is severally lacking in certain areas, namely trouble shooting printers using different types of material and overall lack of digital trouble shooting infrastructure in the industry. So, we came up with a calibration system that uses machine learning to figure out the correct slicer settings no matter the printer or material. Our goal is that through using machine learning, this algorithm will be able to create slicer profiles that push the limits of the machines and materials in ways a human wouldn’t be able to figure out, such as increasing speed without sacrificing print quality. Creating a 3d printing slicing engine such as this also helps to lowering the barrier of entry into 3d printing from a hobbyist and industry perspective and thus expanding the industry.

We are hosting a free, open beta test starting September 19, 2021, click here to join.
This is a web application that creates a .3mf file depending on the printer and material you have configured. The .3mf file contains a pre-configured calibration part with all the settings configured. All you need to do is open the file in a slicer, hit the slice button and give it a print. After your done printing, you score the part using our scoring system shown below.
Interactive quality scoring
The arrows on each side adjust the quality of the digital part. Match the digital part to the printed part and the algorithm will digest the information and come up with another .3mf file that has different settings. As you print more parts, the algorithm learns what makes your printer and material combination unique and attempts to fix it. We have been seeing solutions to stringing in TPU with around 4-5 prints. Our goal is to reach solutions to multiple different 3d printing problems simultaneously in under three 1-hour, 7-gram prints.
Below is a general over view of what our algorithm is doing in terms of information processing.
Machine Learning for intelligent and automatic 3D printing calibration
Who is this for?
In its current form, this is meant for the advanced to intermediate 3d printing operator but could also be helpful with beginners. It is designed to help reduce down time using 3d printers when changing between materials, printing more demanding materials like TPU, and generally make 3d printers easier and more reliable across a wider range of materials.
What can it do?
At the moment, we can only fix stringing and small surface quality defects like pin holes. We plan on expanding the capabilities of the algorithm to include ALL common 3d printing problems and more. It’s just the beginning for us.
Requirements for the beta test:
There are several restrictions for the beta test as we are still working out some of the kinks with the algorithm and calibration parts. You will have entirely free access to the whole software as a tester. You will be able to export the Cura profile after to use on any commercial or personal projects. There are also no limits on the number of printers, materials or sessions you are able to create.
- Printer must me in working mechanical/electrical order, no loose belts or broken/clogged hotends, blown fuses, etc… We cant suggest mechanical solutions to problems yet, only slicer solutions. If you want to join anyway, we are building a community in our Slack group to solve these extra problems too.
- Must be an FDM/FFF printer (cartesian only, no delta printers, yet)
- No dual extrusion, yet
- 0.4mm nozzle only, for now
- 0.2mm layer height, for now
- Only marlin Firmware
- Can use custom start/end gcode
- Cura 4.8.0+ only, for now (Newer version seem to work, but are not as rigorously tested)
Interested? Click here to sign up for the free beta test.
Who are we and why build this?
We are a team of 20 something year old’s, Trevor, Nick and Matt that have professional experience in 3d printing research for the Department of Defense and DARPA. We are all engineers and computer scientists that love solving complex problems such as this.
We found that as amazing as 3d printing is, it is still a very underdeveloped technology (especially the desktop market). Desktop 3d printers are twitchy and often don’t work as expected. We aim to fix that by providing an engine to fix 3d printing problems, similar to how MacAfee security can fix/prevent viruses on your computer with no prior software security knowledge.
When looking for ways to trouble shoot a printer with poor quality or failed prints, we came across countless models that "claimed" to provide solutions to the problems. However, we noticed a common theme among all calibration parts: they identify the problem (sometimes), but never provide a numerical solution to fix them. This is why we created inTinker, to provide solutions to 3d printing problems, so you don't have to figure it out for your self. The best part is--no more typing and guessing at slicer settings.
If you have a material you’ve been struggling to print, now’s the time, give it a try for FREE!

We hope you enjoy our beta software, and hope it helps you get more out of 3d printing. We have a long way to go, and it’s by no means perfect, we know, but were eager to show the community that 3d printing can be easier and more reliable when leveraging machine learning.
